Executive Coaching for high-performing professionals to reduce overthinking, pressure and unlock career progression.

This isn’t generic leadership or executive coaching. This is about a sustained shift in the way you manage stress and pressure, in every aspect of your life.

It’s my mission to remove people’s pain at work.

Watch my client Lena reflect on her coaching journey.

In 2020 I was in deep burnout. I didn’t know the vocabulary yet, but I knew I was in pain. I was commuting 1.5 hours each way to the office, missing dinners and bedtimes with my kids.

I didn’t think there was anything I could do about it. I couldn’t quit my job, I had a family to feed and a team of colleagues that were relying on me.

I didn’t see any options so I put my head down and kept going.

I was laid off during Covid, and it was only then that I realized the toll the stress had on me. I needed to find a way to change those old patterns before I started working again. That’s when I developed my:

Leadership Resilience Framework

Based on CBT coach training, nervous system regulation techniques, yoga training, and my understanding of high-paced environments, high-stakes management pressures and the psychology of high performers.

Some of the symptoms of burnout:

Weight gain due to stress eating

Restless nights and insomnia

Constant spinning on work issues

A lack of confidence when dealing with tricky coworkers

Too tired to do anything outside of work except watch t.v.

Ashen skin, brain fog and/or general malaise/lack of motivation

50–70% of employees report feeling burned out at some point in their careers. Among high performers and managers, that number is often even higher. Many continue performing well on the surface—while struggling internally.

The Leadership Resilience Training Program

Unlocking the potential of leaders who are already over-performing but feel internally constrained.

The Leadership Resilience Program is a 12-week personalised coaching program to get you unstuck. Our clients have more confidence, better life balance, are stronger managers/parents/partners and typically end up making more money after working with Jaime. What’s included:

  • Two‑hour 1:1 strategic deep dive to understand your work priorities and personal challenges

  • Weekly self-guided video content to teach you the resilience framework for maintaining stress reduction

  • Bi‑weekly 1:1 coaching sessions for personalised, guided assistance to bring joy back to your work

  • Unlimited email support for real-time questions and decisions

  • A completion certificate to show your employer you’ve completed the leadership program

This isn’t about improving your skills, or helping you be a “better” leader. This is about getting your joy back, learning how to use tools that are specific to you and your roadblocks, breaking patterns and creating true change in your life and work.

Employers will almost always approve this training as an L&D expense. I am happy to work directly with your manager or HR team to get the expense approved and the invoice paid through procurement.

“Before I left my job, Jaime helped me find the courage to hang on to learn how to advocate for myself, set boundaries, and stick to them. It was painful but helped me greatly, especially with my scarcity thinking. By the time it was time to make the leap, I was ready for it.”

Jaime gave me clarity, practical support, and a goal-oriented plan of action. It was only after looking back on the incredibly big changes that have happened in my career, that I saw the magnitude of the shift I had made mentally..”

“One of the big things Jaime taught me was how to look at emotions from a distance...not to let them interfere with my decisions. It was such a relief to know that I wasn’t obliged to react immediately to any emotion. That has been a huge help in both my personal and professional life."
