My Signature Program: 90-Day Private Coaching
Whether it’s a career pivot or launching a business, private, customized coaching will get you to your goals, faster and with ease and care. Think of me like a personal trainer. I help you set goals that stretch you, just enough. I challenge you, encourage you, I give you moments of tough love, I keep you focused and then, once you meet your goals, your confidence and self-worth soars.
Over the next 3 months, we will set goals that feel attainable but also inspiring. My primary goal as a coach is to keep you on track to meet those goals. Just like any good sports coach, I do it through encouragement, support, tough love and mindset training.

Once you graduate the 90-Day Coaching Program, your next step to career transformation is to make this new mindset your way of life. I truly believe that you can make money doing anything, you just have to have the tools and discipline.
It is time to implement what you learned in our first three months. This might be a financial plan, a new LinkedIn profile, marketing tips and tricks, networking strategies, or a business proposal. These are the necessary actions to get you from here to meeting your goals. This is where I lean into my 20 years of work in advertising, marketing and start-ups.
You will continue your private coaching calls with Jaime and stay in touch with the cohort so you can strengthen the bonds of community.
